Zhongke Baichuang Environmental Biotechnology (Guantao) Co., Ltd. was established on August 31, 2022 with a registered capital of 5.5 billion yuan. It is China International Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (registered in Hong Kong, established on May 10, 2022, registered Capital 2.55 billion euros) holding 85% of the subsidiary company.
The project covers an area of 500 acres and plans to build a workshop of 238,800 square meters, a warehouse of 31,200 square meters, an office building of 12,000 square meters, and other ancillary facilities of 25,000 square meters. It is planned to produce 300,000 tons of bio-based new material polylactic acid fiber per year (PLA).
The project will use agricultural solid waste corn stalks as raw materials to produce polylactic acid fiber (PLA) through biological fermentation technology, drive the downstream development of green textile and green plastic processing industries of polylactic acid, and gradually replace petroleum-based plastics (PE, PP, PVC, etc.) and Chemical fibers (PET, PBT, PTT, etc.) can eliminate white pollution and achieve sustainable development of green economy.
