System to Promote Sustainability

Newtopchem established the “Sustainability Committee” in order to operate its business based on the philosophy of “realization of a sustainable society” and “improvement of corporate value throughout the medium and long term. In addition, we established the Corporate Sustainability Department, a dedicated organization to oversee our group’s promotion of sustainability. The Sustainability Committee is composed of the CEO Representative Director and President, and consists of sustainability members such as the Executive Directors, Audit and Supervisory Committee members, and executive officers. The committee meets semi-annually to discuss a wide range of risks and opportunities, including social and environmental issues related to sustainability, and reflect them in our business strategies and policies in a timely manner.
