Product Description: Y2300 can be used to delay catalyzed reactions and improve flow while maintaining cure time. It is reactive to isocyanates and will react into a polymer matrix so there is no release of volatile substances.

Y2300 can be used to delay catalyzed reactions and improve flow while maintaining cure time. It is reactive to isocyanates and reacts to a polymer matrix so there is no release of volatiles.
It can be used with tertiary amine catalysts in foam systems to delay emulsification while maintaining post-curing time. In CASE system, it can slow down the reaction speed of the system and inhibit the reaction.

Recommended dosage:
It is recommended to use 0.5-2.0 pphp in MDI system and 0.5-1.0 pphp in TDI system respectively.

Lower or higher temperatures are inappropriate and should be avoided if possible.
