Hualu Hengsheng Jingzhou

The construction of Hualu Hengsheng Jingzhou Base has completely solved the space problem that restricts the company’s development. In the future, through the expansion of low-cost production capacity, the company’s economies of scale and leading advantages will become more prominent.

Hualu Hengsheng (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 200,000 tons of BDO, 160,000 tons of NMP and 30,000 tons of PBAT biodegradable materials with a total investment of 3,387.12 million yuan. The construction site is located in Jiangling Economic Development Zone, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. The newly acquired land on the north side of the existing factory of Hualu Hengsheng (Jingzhou).

On March 16, the Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment released the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment of the green new energy material project of Hualu Hengsheng (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. This includes 100,000 tons/year of NMP capacity.

In May, the polymer, biodegradable materials and upstream supporting industry chain project of Ningxia Guanneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of tens of billions of yuan was officially launched in Pingluo County, Shizuishan, Ningxia. Among them, 100,000 tons/year NMP production capacity is planned.

In May, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the 80,000-ton/year NMP project built by Wanhua Chemical in Meishan, Sichuan with an investment of 800 million yuan.

Zhongrun Chemical has two major production bases in Chongqing and Huizhou, Guangdong. It has a first-phase NMP synthesis + recycling processing capacity of 100,000 tons/year, and actively expands the second-phase NMP and NVP 150,000-ton/year capacity projects, aiming to become the largest NMP synthesis in the country. production enterprises, and plans to build the second NMP base in Daya Bay.

On June 12, Hubei Jinquan New Materials NMP Phase II Project, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Yiwei Power, was put into operation. In July, Boai Xinkaiyuan Medical Technology Group Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved the “Proposal on Newly Established Subsidiaries to Invest in the Construction of New Energy Industry Projects with an Annual Output of 100,000 tons of NMP and 120,000 tons of BDO Integrated Upstream and Downstream”.
