Compared to conventional amine catalysts, catalyst RP-205 provides good operating latitude and foam stabilization during the foaming process.

Compared with the same type of amine catalyst in the market, Catalyst RP-205 can increase the sponge hardness.

Dabco MP602 Delayed Catalyst is used as a co-catalyst in polyurethane foam molding applications in conjunction with regular polyurethane catalysts or other non-emissive catalysts to facilitate mold release or improve skin appearance.

In polyurethane foam systems for cold curing high resilience sponges, Dabco MP602 Delayed Catalyst is recommended at a usage level of 0.10-0.40 pphp. For performance, Dabco MP602 Delayed Catalyst should be used in combination with Dabco MP601 Delayed Catalyst. If required to meet OEM emissions testing, we recommend the use of Dabco NE1070, Dabco NE300 and Dabco MP602 Delay Catalyst.
