NT CAT-300 is a delayed gel-acting catalyst designed for the production of polyurethanes for automotive seat cushions and backrests. It produces foams with good open-cell properties while maintaining the stability of the foaming formulation without collapsing the foam, and improves the foam flow for systems with MDI-containing components that are both fast-reacting and slow-flowing;

NT CAT-300 is mainly suitable for molding high resilience, PUR and PIR discontinuous sheets, etc.

Characteristics and advantages:

1, Delayed cross-linking action tertiary amine composite type catalyst.

2, Delayed catalyst A-300 has the same cross-linking action as A-33 (33% triethylene diamine).

3、After the rise of foaming, it slows down the increase of viscosity and improves the fluidity. Provide enough time for the foam material to be evenly distributed in the mold cavity.

4、Applicable to full MDI formulations or MDI/TDI mixed formulations.

5、Traditional high water MDI formulations, the general foam will be closed-cell, the use of delayed catalyst A-300 to create a more open-cell foam, reduce the rolling pressure opening force (such as nozzles) will not cause damage.

Foam finished products, its physical properties, can be maintained for a long time without decay.

7、Low or no corrosion, for mild steel (such as nozzles) will not cause damage.

8、Amino catalyst A-300 is a delayed cross-linking catalyst designed for the production of polyurethane for automobile seat cushions and backrests. The production of foam will be more open-cell, but at the same time maintain the stability of the foam formulation, will not collapse the bubble, for the use of MDI-containing components, fast reaction and slow flow system, can improve the fluidity.
