Bismuth 2-ethylhexanoate is a bismuth metal carboxylate catalyst that can be used as a co-catalyst for tertiary amines to accelerate the reaction and curing of urethanes; Bismuth 2-ethylhexanoate can be used to replace tin-metal catalysts in flexible slabstock foams, high-density flexible foams, spray foams, microcellular foams, and rigid foam systems.
